Community Composting Scheme for Chalford! do you have any spare land?

We have been working closely with a community group who would like to start a community composting scheme in Chalford.

Following detailed investigation, the Works Committee decided that the Middle Hill Allotment site is not a viable location for the scheme. However, we are very keen to find an alternative site for this brilliant and much needed scheme.

We are therefore appealing to all local landowners – do you have a piece of land that could be used by the local composting group?

There is a potential in the longer term to generate revenue via Gloucestershire County Council recycling credits and membership fees this which could yield a rent income to the landlord.
