Eastcombe Scout Hut

The hall is available for hire at reasonable rates both to Scout and Guide sections wishing to use either the hall or the camping field for their residential events. We are also willing to discuss bookings with local Duke of Edinburgh groups undertaking their expeditions within the locality. The halls can also be booked for family celebrations, events, daytime meetings, as well as by other groups wishing to make use of it on a weekly basis.

Chalford Sports & Social Club

The Main Hall provides a flexible layout depending on the occasion, with capacity for 150 guests, it is a popular choice for wedding receptions, parties, concerts and family events.

The Main Hall can be hired with or without the bar and offers a stage, PA System, lighting and glitter ball. It is suitable for children's parties and plastic plates and cups can be hired from the club for a minimal fee of £5 to reduce landfill waste.
