Health Walks from Frithwood Surgery

Take a walk through our beautiful parish, and then enjoy a lovely social chat afterwards with tea, coffee and biscuits.

Join the Frithwood Surgery Health Walks from 3rd April 2024 at 10a.m and then on alternate Wednesdays thereafter.

Enjoy a 1.5 mile flat circuit. Meet fellow walkers and get some exercise - everyone is welcome. Registration forms can be found at the Frithwood Surgery reception, or you can sign up on the day.
