The Middle Hill development of 31 houses is now well underway with completion due for 2023. The development is called Chalk Wood and details can be found on the developers website. 

Of the 31 houses, 11 are social housing, these properties will be available via homeseekersplus and will be allocated by Stroud District Council. We have been assured that although anyone can bid for a property, those with local connections to Chalford will be given priority, next in line will be residents of neighbouring parishes. You will need to be registered with homeseekersplus to bid.
